We’re pleased to announce the latest update to the RedAlert Professional iOS application, delivering a refreshed user experience, enhanced functionality, and improved overall performance. Below, we highlight the key updates included in this release and how they enhance the experience for lone workers.

Key Updates in This Release

  • 1. Refreshed User Interface

    The app has been given a modern visual refresh, providing a cleaner, more intuitive experience while retaining the familiar navigation and functionality users already know. The updated design improves readability and usability, making it easier to access key features and complete everyday tasks with confidence.

  • 2. Revamped Settings Screen

    The Settings menu has been redesigned and reorganised to improve clarity and usability, making it quicker and easier to find, view and manage key application settings. The improved layout provides a more intuitive experience, helping users configure the app more efficiently.

  • 3. New Amber Timer Notification

    A new Amber Timer notification pop-out helps ensure timers aren’t accidentally left running. If an Amber Timer is still active within the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), users will receive a clear on-screen reminder, helping them take appropriate action promptly and reducing the risk of missed check-ins.

  • 4. Support for Our New Bluetooth Panic Button

    The ability to connect a Bluetooth button to the application is nothing new however we have added the ability to pair a new improved button to the application. The new button has an improved battery life and a more rugged design. Customers using the existing Bluetooth button can continue to do so, with full compatibility remaining in place.

    When Will the Update Be Available?

    The updated version of RedAlert Professional will be available to existing customers via the Apple App Store in the coming days. We recommend all users update to the latest version to benefit from these improvements.
