Meeting Our Customers’ Needs

We have worked closely with Midland Heart for the past 10 years. In this particular case, we were working at Hailes Park Close which is a community centred within the Midlands, providing them with excellent security solutions so they can feel secure against anti-social behaviour. In this particular case, the estate was suffering from problems related to fly-tipping that became difficult to manage and were upsetting the residents.

Providing Real Solutions

The estate had various hot spots such as their car park and bin store area which made any anti-social behavioural activity easier to take place as these areas were not being monitored, which made an upsetting environment for the residents. Our response –

• Complete inspection of the area to understand their requirements and identify potential hot spots that were prone to fly-tipping. In this case, it was the resident park and the bin store area.
• Installation of one Tetra Solar CCTV tower near the main car park along with a wall-mounted solar camera to provide 360 monitoring and all-round protection.
• We requested our client to reach out to every community resident, instructing them to notify our Alarm Receiving Centre regarding any questionable activities. It was recommended that they provide the exact date and time of the incident to facilitate matching with the recorded footage and enable prompt intervention.
