Traveller eviction and enforcement
A rapidly deployed, affordable and proven solution to remove travellers from your private land quickly and ethically. The quicker travellers can be removed, the less opportunity there is for damage or waste to be deposited.
Our Experienced Enforcement Agents will visit the premises and serve the required Legal Notice to the travellers or trespassers on the same day as your instruction from our national network who will arrive on site within 4 hours to serve the required legal notice under Halsbury’s Law of England, setting a clear time and date for vacation. Should the travellers choose not to leave by the allocated time, one of our Experienced Enforcement Agents and select number of Eviction Security will attend the premises and exercise your rights of removal under common law.
At key times of the year, we communicate traveller activity in the UK, and highlight possible threats. Where there is a known heightened threat, we can deploy dog handling units and/or Guards to protect vulnerable sites and prevent unauthorised encampment.

However, if the tenant is in breach of the covenant, then the landlord must serve a section 146 notice on the tenant before it forfeits the lease under section 146 of the Law of Property Act 1925 (section 146 notice).

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is a rapid response essential?
Rapid response and notification is essential, as it gives us the chance to begin surveillance and utilise proactive security solutions to prevent further damage to property or assets. Typically, where we can respond on the same day, the number of additional caravans arriving on-site are limited, allowing our teams to take possession of any vacant / void buildings that may be present to stop the travellers using “Squatters Rights” to evade a Common Law Eviction.
What are the common cost associated with illegal occupation?
The cost of a cleaning up properties after squatters, travellers or an unlicensed music event can often run into the hundreds of thousands of pounds, if not millions. We operate a fleet of waste clearance capabilities nationwide that can swiftly remove hazardous items from any unoccupied residential or commercial property. We have access to specialist services for specific waste management projects, including a registered Environment Agency license for waste disposal and will always advise a prevention program before the damage has been done.
How can I avoid being a high-risk site?
We offer a free site security assessment of your property and can provide recommendations and a tailored suite of services depending on the risk, location, and vulnerability to aggravated trespass. These services range from advanced temporary CCTV systems to physical solutions such as concrete barriers and security guarding or even NASDU Approved Dog Handlers. The solutions can be tailored for all budgets depending on the clients wishes or security requirements.
How do I know when travellers are in the area?
There are many traveller groups that are highly active throughout the UK. We often find that traveller movements increase through the Spring and Summer months as they move around or travel across from Ireland. Typically, we see a peak of unauthorised encampments during June, July, and August. Our Traveller Watch Scheme can update you on traveller movements – free sign up is available.
“They provided an excellent service during a difficult situation; when a property that we manage for one of our high-profile clients got broken into, and an illegal rave took place. They acted quickly and professionally, providing cost-effective and time-efficient options and keeping us updated throughout. We were able to report to our own client regularly, and provide the reassurance that we had the situation in hand. The speed that we were able to submit the application to the Court and in turn, get the illegal occupants removed from site was amazing.
“The result meant we could limit the damage caused as much as possible, reassure the surrounding occupiers and gain vacant possession for a new tenant. These types of situations are never very easy and can be a very stressful time, but they worked closely with the whole team and ensured it was managed as smoothly as possible.”
