Brighter Futures
Red Alert Functionality
A dedicated Red Alert Fob button, which when pressed, puts the user in direct verbal contact with our ARC team, allowing real-time support and response.
GPS Accuracy
Advanced assisted GPS Positioning allows our operators to locate a member of staff and provide real-time positional information via our management portal.
Two-way Audio
In the event of an activation, two-way audio enables our trained operators to listen to the user’s situation. If safe to do so, our operator can talk with a user, providing reassurance that help is on the way.

Fall Detect
In the event of a fall from height, the service can trigger an alert which will be picked up by our ARC team.
Amber Alerts Functionality
Gives the user the ability to leave a precautionary message with our ARC team listing their location and last activity, so that we can listen back and investigate if a RedAlert is then raised.

Amber Timer Functionality
Similar to the Amber Alert functionality but with the added benefit of having a alert automatically triggered once a pre-configured time period expires.

Roaming Sim Card Capability
Access to all major networks is possible using the Fob’s roaming SIM, ensuring full access to areas where a particular network signal may have caused issues in the past.

For example, a BS8484 service has quick access to police assistance using a URN procedure. It also helps protect against litigation in the event of an incident happening.
Overall it improves user safety and acts as a benchmark when selecting a reputable supplier.
As there is no display how do I find out if I have a good network and GPS signal?

Testimonial
Brighter Futures
“There are a number of key benefits to the lone worker solution we have chosen. The device is easy to use and not cumbersome. Leaving the amber alert is quick and simple and having the GPS tracking is a big bonus. The best asset of the device is its ability to be used discreetly. All our staff undertake lone working and conflict management training however, given that some of our customers can be unpredictable, a situation can still arise that a staff member is uncomfortable with.
Being able to activate the device without potentially escalating a situation is a huge bonus that gives our staff comfort and confidence when working. This was one of the main reasons we chose this device rather than a phone app which could be seen by a customer as threatening.”
