 We are the longest standing provider of lone worker protection. With more than 20 years’ experience, we have a team of UK based, highly experienced alarm handlers. If your employee is in distress, we can help within seconds. Whether it is reassurance whilst walking across a dark car park, assistance if confronted or threatened, our service even works for slips trips and falls, no matter what, we are there. We hold full details about workers, their location and their line management, enabling us to escalate a situation when a user is unable to do so. In the event of an incident, our service is BS8484 accredited, we have Unique Reference Numbers for all the UK’s Police forces, giving us direct access to force control rooms. We record everything that happened, giving employees helpful and vital evidence, should the incident go to litigation.

Red Alert Escalation Process

Our valued red alert service connects lone workers to our Alarm Receiving Centre which has direct access to police control rooms.

Step 1

User raises a Red Alert by pressing SOS button 

Step 2

Red Alert activated in BS 5979 CAT II Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)  

Step 3

Arc Operators listen and assess Red Alert and communicate with user (If safe to do so)

Step 4

LBS or GPS location obtained automatically, and Amber Alert message replayed

Step 5

ARC Operators follow the employers bespoke escalation procedure 

Step 6

ARC Operators escalates to emergency services or pre-defined contacts (as required) 

Amber Alert Escalation Process

Amber alerts allows the wearer to record important information to be used in case of emergency.

Step 1

User arrives at location and identifies potential risk 

Step 2

User records short message including exact location 

Step 3

User inputs the duration of the visit 

Step 4

Arc Operator will not listen to message unless required 

Step 5

if a Red Alert is activated by the user or the Amber Alert timer expires, location is determined by listening to the recording
