Ajax Alarm System
Ajax alarm systems provide comprehensive protection for high-risk properties, featuring advanced image capture technology and video analytics to minimise the cost and inconvenience of false alarms. The captured imagery can be accessed in real-time by both our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Operators and property owners through a dedicated App.
Ajax alarm systems ensure a reliable communication path with dual SIM technology, improving network access in areas with weak connections. Upon activation, the Ajax alarm system camera sends a sequence of images to our ARC Operators for immediate review and escalation when necessary. Additionally, automatic remote health checks are conducted every 60 seconds to verify that the system remains fully operational, and your property stays protected.

Ajax Plus
With our Ajax Plus service, each alarm activation triggers an immediate investigation by an operator through camera footage. Our proven escalation process ensures potential issues are identified and addressed as quickly as possible.
For larger sites, range extenders can be used to secure multi-story areas, reducing the number of communication paths needed, and a direct result the costs to monitor the whole site. In the event of a power outage, the Ajax alarm system camera will continue to function with a 12-hour battery backup as standard.

Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)
The ARC is our central control centre, with one mission: to safeguard people, sites, and properties across the UK through live monitoring of thousands of CCTV systems, Ajax alarm systems, and lone worker devices.
Each member of our ARC team is fully SIA trained to manage security incidents and coordinate rapid escalations to mobile response teams, on-site keyholders, and local police authorities when necessary.
