Contextually aware AI
When determining the difference between a threat and an authorised occurrence, context is everything. Orbis AI will intelligently recognise and manage any scenario and self-escalate according to risk factor. For example –
Risk Score 6 – The scene takes places near a guardhouse, where an individual, dressed in high-visibility vest, is attempting to duck under a barrier arm at the security gate.
Risk Score 9 – Several people are in a backyard, with two on the roof and two on the ground, one holding a metal bar, indicating a risk of unauthorised entry or vandalism. This scenario would be verified and immediately escalated to local Police authorities for investigation.

Orbis AI identifies the number of individuals, vehicles, or any visible weapons or tools, providing a risk rating to help security decide whether to intervene. When necessary, our Alarm Receiving Centre will contact the police and transmit event details and visual evidence quickly. This ensures the AI security camera system delivers actionable intelligence, not just raw footage.

Powered by Orbis AI and monitored through our UK based Alarm Receiving Centre team, our Action Centre allows customers easy access to customise on-site systems and manage their accounts quickly and efficiently.

Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)
The ARC is our central control centre, with one mission: to safeguard people, sites, and properties across the UK through live monitoring of thousands of CCTV systems, alarms, and lone worker devices.
Each member of our ARC team is fully SIA trained to manage security incidents and coordinate rapid escalations to mobile response teams, on-site keyholders, and local police authorities when necessary.
