Sentry is monitored 24/7/365 by our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), who receive high-definition imagery within 10 seconds of capture and take appropriate escalation actions on a case-by-case basis.

The ARC is our central control centre, with one mission: to safeguard people, sites, and properties across the UK through live monitoring of thousands of CCTV systems, alarms, and lone worker devices.
Each member of our ARC team is fully SIA trained to manage security incidents and coordinate rapid escalations to mobile response teams, on-site keyholders, and local police authorities when necessary.
