Ultra leverages Orbis AI, our cutting-edge technology that is transforming site security. Operating 24/7/365, Orbis AI analyses footage in real-time, detects threats to people and property, and takes immediate action, eliminating the inefficiencies and costs associated with manual monitoring.
When a threat reaches a critical or pre-set threshold, Orbis AI automatically triggers Ultra’s audio and lighting challenges. It also sends high-definition images and a detailed incident summary to our BS5979-accredited Alarm Receiving Centre within 10 seconds.

Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)
The ARC is our central control centre, with one mission: to safeguard people, sites, and properties across the UK through live monitoring of thousands of CCTV systems, alarms, and lone worker devices.
Each member of our ARC team is fully SIA trained to manage security incidents and coordinate rapid escalations to mobile response teams, on-site keyholders, and local police authorities when necessary.
