RedAlert ID is our discreet, next-generation, wearable security device — designed to keep individuals connected, protected and supported throughout their working day. Housed in a familiar identity card holder format, it appears entirely innocuous to others, discreetly concealing advanced safety technology in a lightweight, low-profile design.
Fully compliant with BS 8484 and powered by a multi-network roaming SIM and the latest global satellite positioning technologies, RedAlert ID ensures users can be located and supported instantly – wherever they are in the world.
Manual escalation — putting control into the user’s hands
RedAlert ID offers three layers of intelligent, user-triggered escalation options:
- Red Alert: Discreet one-touch SOS button for instant connection to the ARC
- Amber Alert: Users can leave a voice note describing their location and activity prior to entering a high-risk environment — a valuable audit trail should an incident occur
- Amber Timer: A configurable safety countdown that automatically raises an ARC alert if the user fails to check in before expiry
Advanced functionality
One-touch instant support
A single press of the ‘Red Alert’ button connects directly to our fully-accredited, UK-based Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). Location data and live audio are transmitted in real time, allowing our expert operators to assess the situation, offer reassurance, and escalate to emergency services if needed.
The embedded microphone also enables silent monitoring, allowing ARC operators to listen in discreetly — ideal for situations where the user is unable to speak.
Automatic escalation — when the user cannot call for help
In critical situations where a user is incapacitated or unable to raise a manual alert, integrated fall or tilt sensors automatically notify our ARC, ensuring assistance is on the way.

Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)
The ARC is our central control centre, with one mission: to safeguard people, sites, and properties across the UK through live monitoring of thousands of CCTV systems, alarms, and lone worker devices.
Each member of our ARC team is fully SIA trained to manage security incidents and coordinate rapid escalations to mobile response teams, on-site keyholders, and local police authorities when necessary.
