We offer flexible void property inspection schedules to meet client needs or insurance requirements, with options for regular or irregular intervals within any specified time. Our Inspectors conduct regular internal and external inspections to:

- Record signs of graffiti, habitation, vandalism, or unsafe structures
- Check the building’s interior integrity
- Log meter readings and serial numbers where accessible
- Maintain vacant property inspection records in our Cloud-Based CRM and send automatic reports via email
- Report major defects or issues immediately through your dedicated Account Manager

Each member of our ARC team is fully SIA trained to manage security incidents and coordinate rapid escalations to mobile response teams, on-site keyholders, and local police authorities when necessary.
