RedAlert Fob Plus

Our RedAlert Fob Plus solution is a compact and discreet 2G/4G or WIFI enabled solution for lone workers in all environments.

The RedAlert Fob Plus is a compact mobile alarm system designed for monitoring and protecting people in lone working environments. In case of an emergency or threatening situation, the user can activate the device by pressing the SOS button on the unit to talk effortlessly with our Alarm Receiving Centre team whilst being tracked via GPS. The Fob Plus also features a built-in 3D G-sensor that is instantly triggered in the event of a slip or fall.

Voice prompts are an excellent new feature with the RedAlert Fob Plus version, allowing the device to inform the user in cases such as emergency activations or if the device has a low battery to avoid accidental misuse.

This low-cost, feature-rich lone worker Fob can be worn discreetly on a lanyard, belt clip, ID badge, arm strap or watch strap to effectively protect the user without impacting their daily routine.

Key Features

Red Alert Functionality

A dedicated Red Alert Fob button, which when pressed, puts the user in direct verbal contact with our ARC team, allowing real-time support and response.

Amber Alert Functionality

Gives the user the ability to leave a precautionary message with our ARC team listing their location and last activity, so that we can listen back and investigate if a RedAlert is then raised.

Amber Timer Functionality

Similar to the Amber Alert functionality but with the added benefit of having a alert automatically triggered once a pre-configured time period expires.

Voice prompts

The RedAlert Fob Plus version, allows the device to tell the user when emergency activations have been triggered or if the device has a low battery to avoid accidental misuse.

GPS Accuracy

Advanced assisted GPS Positioning allows our operators to locate a member of staff and provide real-time positional information via 2G/4G connectivity to our management portal.

Two-way Audio

In the event of an activation, two-way audio enables our trained operators to listen to the user’s situation. If safe to do so, our operator can talk with a user, providing reassurance that help is on the way.

Roaming Sim Card Capability

Access to all major networks is possible using the Fob’s roaming SIM, ensuring full access to areas where a particular network signal may have caused issues in the past.

Fall Detect

In the event of a fall from height, the service can trigger an alert which will be picked up by our ARC team.

Connectivity and charging

The RedAlert Fob Plus allows the user to connect their device in multiple ways via GPS, WIFI or Beacons. Charging is achieved through a convenient Dock Charger or Magnetic charger connector which is supplied as standard.
