National Vacant Property and People Protection 24/7

Steel Doors & Screens

By using steel screens to fortify vulnerable windows and doors not only are we providing maximum security for your vacant property, we’re reducing the potential fire risks posed by wooden boarding alternatives.

Orbis’ electro-zinc coated security screens are also perforated to provide ventilation, which negates the risk of fire backdraft and allows for the permeation of natural light for visible checking of vacant properties by our specialist teams.

Permascreens are tamper-proof, sacrificial steel screens for windows and doors, designed to keep intruders and squatters out of properties scheduled for demolition or those which are long-term vacant. The heavy-duty galvanised steel screens are permanently secured to properties but are perforated to allow light permeation and ventilation. They are cut to fit, and are fully recyclable.

All of our steel security screens are supported by our around-the-clock emergency response and CRB-checked property inspection team, with real-time status and photographs available through Aura, the Orbis online customer portal.
