    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational leader to manage our CCTV Control Room and Alarm Monitoring Team.

    Successful candidates will act as the main point of contact for all alarm & CCTV activations, reacting promptly and effectively to dispatch an alarm response officer (ARO) as required, ensuring the integrity of our monitored estate. They will also provide updates & reports, always providing exceptional customer service.

    • Remote Surveillance Officer (Days) – Wirral

      We are looking to recruit Surveillance Officers to join us in our Alarm Receiving Centre, who have excellent communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and great attention to detail. Demonstrable experience working with IT equipment is essential. Security industry knowledge is preferred, and an SIA license is desirable.
